Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it — no questions asked.
Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Accessories must be complete and undamaged.
How to start a return
Message us through the Contact & Support page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return instructions and the return address for your region.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including return shipping.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return as above and place a new order for the right size so it ships immediately — we refund the original item as soon as it reaches us.
