Shipping Policy
We dispatch every order within 24 hours from our fulfilment partners and ship worldwide with full tracking.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 business day (24 hours) of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery estimates
United States & Canada: 5–12 business days. United Kingdom & Europe: 6–12 business days. Australia & Asia: 7–15 business days. Rest of world: 7–15 business days.
Delivery estimates begin once your order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Peak-season volumes may add 1–3 business days.
Tracking & shipping costs
Every order includes door-to-door tracking; your tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay — the price you see at checkout is final.
Duties & taxes
For orders outside North America, local import duties or taxes may occasionally apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels accurately and at full value.
